An architectural preview of CPAL’s new location
In the spring of 2025, CPAL secured an 11-year lease on a 10,000 sq. ft. space located at 50 West Street in Lower Manhattan’s Financial District, establishing the Center’s first home. The facility is conceived as a national hub for engaging experts involved in all aspects of artist legacy stewardship, creating an interdisciplinary community of practice. The space will enable CPAL to expand its activities, implementing intake protocols for artists, while offering comprehensive resources and educational programming.
