Amelia K. Brankov
Amelia K. Brankov is an attorney based in New York and the Founder of Brankov PLLC. She focuses her practice on art and cultural property law. She advises artist studios, artist estates and foundations, galleries, collectors, curators, art advisors, appraisers, and conservators. She assists clients in all legal aspects of transactions involving artwork including purchase agreements, consignment agreements, and loan agreements. She represents clients in disputes concerning title, authenticity, and copyright interests of artwork, as well as business disputes among various players in the art world. For many years, she has taught an art law course to students pursuing their Master’s degree in Visual Art Administration as an Adjunct Professor at NYU’s Steinhardt School.
